These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Muscle Lab Gym website and use of our gym facilities and services. By accessing our website or using our facilities, you agree to these terms.

Muscle Lab Gym is based in Linwood, Paisley and serves members across Renfrewshire and the surrounding areas.

2. Membership and Sessions

• Membership and pricing options will be discussed at the gym and may change from time to time.
• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and, where applicable, are inclusive of VAT.
• Members receive 24/7 code access to the facility.
• Access codes are personal and must not be shared with non-members.

3. Health and Safety

By using Muscle Lab Gym facilities, you acknowledge that:

• Physical exercise carries inherent risks of injury.
• You are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns before using our facilities.
• You participate at your own risk and should consult a medical professional if unsure about your fitness to train.
• You agree to follow all safety guidelines and use equipment responsibly.

4. Code of Conduct

All members and visitors are expected to:

• Treat all members and staff with respect.
• Follow all gym rules and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere within the gym.
• Report any concerns or incidents to a staff member immediately.

Muscle Lab Gym reserves the right to revoke membership or deny entry to anyone who behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booked session, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellation policies for specific programs will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Liability

Muscle Lab Gym holds current public liability insurance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss of personal property, or consequential loss arising from your use of our facilities or participation in our programs, except where caused by our negligence.
